Tou(America- Scope of Work Touch America (TA) proposes the following methods to install fiber optic cable (cable) In accordance with the Right of Way (ROW) Permit currently being reviewed by the City of Everett Overhead At.: TA will Install conduit from the existing conduit terminated at the 2nd Street property line of the TA site on Lot 7 of block 27 on 2nd Street to the base of the nearest existing pole. Using the existing overhead ROW and poles jointly owned by Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) and GTE, the cable will exit the conduit, attach to the pole and rise to an elevation provided by the pole owners. It will attach to the poles at that elevation and travel approximately Five Hundred Fifty Feet (550) to the Sprint owned location on Lot 9 of Block 22 on 2nd Street The cable will then travel from the street poles to an existing pole in the Sprint owned location down the pole into an existing conduit at the base and terminate inside the Sprint building. The alternate underground route will be installed as a backup to the overhead route in the event of natural disaster or loss of one of the poles due to an accident. Underground At.: TA will trench from an existing cond ::: L.. _`.: alley side of the TA site to the far side of the alley, then approximately 550' to the Sprint owned lot described above. The trench will cross the alley to the handhole located on the Sprint property. Conduit will be installed In the trench and provide a continuous path between both buildings. The cable will be installed in the ccnduft, then terminate on the one end inside the TA building and on the other inside the Sprint building. The actual distance from centerline to centerline of the lots is 520'. 550' was used as a conservative estimate, If necessary TA will provide an accurate measurement of the distance for both routes.
