c. HOMELESSNESS • Homeless health, mental health, substance abuse <br /> and other supportive services. <br /> • Homeless emergency shelter. <br /> • Homeless food services. <br /> d. The Community Needs Assessment also identified dental care, senior services, and <br /> medical care as basic need priorities areas in the community. <br /> e. Additional Human Needs funding made available in 2020 to target Safe Streets <br /> Programs should be prioritized to continue and maintain the mission of supporting <br /> pathways towards stability including shelter; housing, employment, diversion and <br /> prevention services for our most vulnerable residents; and <br /> f. Funded programs should address outcome criteria that: <br /> a. Increase self-sufficiency; <br /> b. Promote health and healing; <br /> c. Promote/address diversity and equity; and <br /> d.
