Chief Inspector Ted <br />Budden and Building Inspector Mike IIuhta will rcvicw thc status of construction on-site on Tucsday, if an <br />inspection rcquest is made on Monday beforc 4 p.m. <br />Please stop by our offices on Monday, after you have determincd the documents ihat you have on-site, so that <br />wc can assist you to copy any documcnts that you necd for inspcction. <br />Steve Miller and I noted the following issucs during the status building inspection on 5/2/09: <br />1. The architectural 11oor and cciling plan for U�c permit should be reviscd to thc as-built condition so that <br />we can review the changes for permit. <br />2. The structural plan should bc rcvised to the as-buill condition so that wc can review the layout for <br />permit. <br />3. Structural calculations are required for lhc floor-ceiling asscmbly to include the office dead and live <br />load on the second (loor, and Uie rated lloor ceiling acsembly. <br />4. Thc 1loorvceiling asscmbly should be submittcd for permit to indicat�' the une-haur fire resistive <br />asscmUly requircd for 1'ype III-A construction. <br />5. The hand rails are rcquired on ili� exit to the parking lot as sho�m on the permit drawings.
