Mukilteo Blvd PO Box 40917 <br /> Everett,WA 98201 Olympia, WA 98504-0917 <br /> bleonard@everettwa.gov dan.haws@rco.wa.gov <br /> These addresses and contacts shall be effective until receipt by one party from the other of a written notice of any change. <br /> Decisions relating to the Agreement must be made by the Authorized Representative/Agent, who may or may not be the <br /> Project Contact for purposes of notices and communications. <br /> ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement, with all amendments and attachments, constitutes the entire Agreement of the parties.
