Review exterior building materials for entire campus <br /> THE PINNACLE CONSULTING GROUP—INDUSTRIAL PLANNING SERVICES <br /> PART 1 <br /> Discovery—Existing Conditions Assessment - Public Works Campus <br /> A. Pinnacle will review available documents, site drawings, building/facility drawings, etc. <br /> Pinnacle will utilize available (AutoCAD)drawings to baseline layouts for the existing <br /> facilities,equipment layouts, shop and yard areas,warehouse space,fleet maintenance, <br /> vehicle parking, and departments. <br /> B. Pinnacle will complete a physical survey of the current operations areas to familiarize their <br /> team with space allocation, equipment, maintenance shops,fleet services, warehouse <br /> storage and handling systems, etc. <br /> Deliverables <br /> A. Narrative summary of the existing operations from high level perspective addressing the <br /> following as applicable: space allocations;fleet and equipment; operational adjacencies; <br /> flow; future projections; deficiencies; etc. <br /> PART 2 <br /> Programming-Public Works Campus <br /> A. Assist DLR Group with Programming Activities <br /> 1. Review work Area requirements related to facility, adjacency, processes,flow,traffic, <br /> inventory levels, deficiencies, support levels, equipment requirements, etc. <br /> 2. Identify current space allocations, and define required space (right size for process) <br /> 3. Collect requirements information relative to fleet maintenance, maintenance shops, <br /> fueling activities,vehicle wash, other support functions, etc. <br /> 4. Review warehousing storage and handling systems, materials handling methods, <br /> equipment, safety and ergonomics. Identify current processes and equipment (forklift, <br /> jib crane, bridge crane, mobile crane,vehicle lifts, etc.) <br /> B. Provide program documentation including space diagrams and work-flow diagrams <br /> 1. Space Program for shops and functional areas, including current space allocation, "right <br /> sized" space requirement, and future space projections. <br /> 2. Storage requirements for warehouse and yard areas. Inventory requirements will be <br /> organized by size category: small parts/piece parts, hand stack case quantities, <br /> palletized goods, oversized and skid mounted materials. <br /> 3.
