October 2, 2019 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL COVENANT/AGREEMENT—CONTAMINATED SOILS <br /> CLEAN-UP <br /> To approve the environmental covenant and agreement with Riverview I, LLC <br /> for clean-up of contaminated soils within East Marine View Drive right of way <br /> and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement. <br /> RIGHT OF WAY USE PERMIT/AGREEMENT—CONTAMINATED SOILS <br /> CLEAN-UP <br /> To approve the right of way use permit and agreement with Riverview I, LLC for <br /> clean-up of contaminated soils within East Marine View Drive right of way and <br /> authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement. <br /> AGREEMENT—STORMWATER PLAN REVIEW SUPPORT <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Otak, <br /> Inc. for a five year On-Call Stormwater Plan Review Support for an amount not <br /> to exceed $250,000. <br /> RESOLUTION — EVERETT TRANSIT ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN, EVERETT <br /> TRANSIT'S PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AGENCY SAFETY PLAN <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7432 superseding Resolution No. 7062 authorizing the <br /> filing of applications with the Federal Transit Administration for Federal <br /> Transportation and designating the Transportation Services Director as the <br /> Accountable Executive for the Everett Transit Asset Management Plan and <br /> Everett Transit's Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan. <br /> AGREEMENT— MARSHLAND FLOOD CONTROL <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the 5-year Marshland Flood Control District <br /> Interlocal Agreement. <br /> 296 <br />
