Once accepted, any changes to <br /> the QCP will require a new QCP to be submitted for <br /> acceptance. <br /> Evaluation of aggregate source properties (LA Wear and <br /> Degradation) for the recycled concrete aggregate is <br /> required. <br /> Acceptance Requirements Certification of toxicity characteristics in accordance with <br /> Section 9-03.21(1)is required. <br /> Field acceptance testing in accordance with Section 3-04 <br /> is required. <br /> Provide certification in accordance with WSDOT QC 10 <br /> for every lot.
