I <br /> CITY OF EVERETT,WASHINGTON <br /> CONTRACT PROVISIONS FOR <br /> EVERETT STATION PARK& RIDE EXPANSION <br /> WORK ORDER#PW 1807-018 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals for the Everett Station 80 Stall Parking Expansion <br /> project will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1St Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 <br /> Wetmore, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday,August 27, 2019. <br /> At the appointed time, all Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Public Hearing <br /> Room on the 8th Floor of the Wall Street Building. <br /> The Engineer's estimate for this project is $1,500,000. <br /> The Work includes, but is not limited to: contracting, HMA paved parking king lot, repurpose existing <br /> ecology block retaining wall, installing underground stormwater detention system, modular <br /> jwetland, significant fill, site preparation, erosion control, cement concrete curb and gutter, <br /> landscaping, irrigation system, channelization, chain link fence, bike lids, illumination system, <br /> handling of contaminated soils, and traffic control, all in accordance with the attached Contract <br /> Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. <br /> Plans, Specifications, Addenda, and Plan Holders List for this project may be viewed on line at <br /> https://everettwa.gov/319/Bid-Opportunities. Plan sets may also be purchased for the cost of <br /> reproduction at Bill's Blueprint (425) 259-0859 at 2920 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA <br /> 98201. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive any irregularities or informalities. <br /> No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further <br /> reserves the right to make the Bid Award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
