For informational purposes, <br /> 9 the date following each Amendment title indicates the implementation date of the Amendment or <br /> 10 the latest date of revision. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Each Amendment contains all current revisions to the applicable section of the Standard <br /> 13 Specifications and may include references which do not apply to this particular project. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Section 1-01, Definitions and Terms <br /> 16 August 6, 2018 <br /> 17 1-01.3 Definitions <br /> 18 The following new term and definition is inserted before the definition for"Shoulder": <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Sensitive Area — Natural features, which may be previously altered by human activity, that <br /> 21 are present on or adjacent to the project location and protected, managed, or regulated by <br /> 22 local, tribal, state, or federal agencies. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 The following new term and definition is inserted after the definition for`Working Drawings": <br /> 25 <br /> 26 WSDOT Form — Forms developed and maintained by WSDOT that are required or <br /> 27 available for use on a project. These forms can be downloaded from the forms catalogue <br /> 28 at: <br /> 29 <br /> 30 http://wsdot.wa.gov/forms/pdfForms.html <br /> I 31 <br /> 32 Section 1-02, Bid Procedures and Conditions <br /> 33 June 3, 2019 <br /> 1 34 1-02.4(1) General <br /> 35 This section is supplemented with the following: <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Prospective Bidders are advised that the Contracting Agency may include a partially <br /> 38 completed Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) Transfer of Coverage <br /> 39 (Ecology Form ECY 020-87a) for the Construction Stormwater General Permit <br /> 40 (CSWGP) as part of the Bid Documents. When the Contracting Agency requires the <br /> 41 transfer of coverage of the CSWGP to the Contractor, an informational copy of the <br /> 42 Transfer of Coverage and the associated CSWGP will be included in the appendices. <br /> 43 As a condition of Section 1-03.3, the Contractor is required to complete sections I, Ill, <br /> 44 and VIII of the Transfer of Coverage and return the form to the Contracting Agency. <br /> 45 <br /> ' 46 The Contracting Agency is responsible for compliance with the CSWGP until the end of <br /> 47 day that the Contract is executed.
