The following submittals are required to be delivered within 5 days after Notice to Proceed has been received. 1. Health and Safety Plan (specific to this project) 2. Trench and Excavation Protection Plan. ' 3. Copies of all minutes/notes from daily safety meetings. 1.4 ACCIDENT REPORTING A. Serious accidents such as those resulting in treatment of an injury at a medical facility, response to the site by emergency medical personnel or damage to property other than that of the Contractor shall be reported to the Owner within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence. ' B.
