Deviation from the Standard Plans must be <br /> submitted by the Contractor and approved by the City prior to construction. <br /> 11. Disposal Sites: Provide the City with the location of all disposal sites to be used, <br /> and also provide copies of the permits and approvals for such disposal sites.
