City of Everett 00 11 13 - 1 3600 Smith Street Clean Up SECTION 00 11 13 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 111 PART 1 - GENERAL Sealed proposals for the CITY OF EVERETT — 3600 Smith Street Clean Up project will be received by the City of Everett, Washington, at the office of the City Clerk, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, WA 98201, until July 23, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. Bids will not be received thereafter. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and read aloud in the Public Hearing Room on the eighth floor of the Wall Street Building, Everett, WA. I The Engineers estimate for this Project is $413,891. A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m., July 9, 2019 and 10:00 a.m. July 10, 2019 on site at 3600 Smith Street, Everett, WA. Any interested bidders may attend. Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents and sent to all the plan holders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. Except as otherwise provided in the Instructions to Bidders, no bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
