Upon <br />your return acFmowledgment that you will in fact submit plans for <br />these improvements within 30 days and complete these improvements <br />prior to occupancy of the new store, and upon signing the enclosed <br />Covenant Power -of -Attorney for street improvements to South Broadway <br />and traffic signals, the Department of Public Works will aci:nowledge <br />satisfactory compliance with the ordinance 555-78 and applicable <br />S.S.P.A. conditions. <br />1. Drainage South of. Cinema IV, V, VI <br />The road is extralrely hazardous due to water and ice that flow <br />on the surface of the road. A now catch basin and pipe to the <br />detention pond must be constructed. <br />2. Repair Road Along South Side of the Mall <br />Part• of the road and shoulder is washed away. Several large <br />chuckholes are near the lower Sear Warehouse and the roadway is <br />very rough. <br />i <br />3. Repair Fence Adjacent to the Detention Pond <br />
