1 Persons performing electrical Work shall be certified in accordance with and supervised <br /> 2 as required by RCW 19.28.161. Proof of certification shall be worn at all times in <br /> 3 accordance with WAC 296-46B-942. Persons failing to meet these certification <br /> 4 requirements may not perform any electrical work, and shall stop any active electrical <br /> 5 work, until their certification is provided and worn in accordance with this Section. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 8-20.2(2) Equipment List and Drawings <br /> 8 This section is renumbered: <br /> 9 <br /> 10 8-20.2(1) Equipment List and Drawings <br /> 11 <br /> 12 8-20.3(4) Foundations <br /> 13 The second sentence of the first paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 14 11115 Concrete for Type II, Ill, IV, V, and CCTV signal standards and light standard foundations <br /> 16 shall be Class 4000P and does not require air entrainment. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 8-20.3(5)A General <br /> 19 The last two sentences of the last paragraph is deleted. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 This section is supplemented with the following: <br /> 22 <br /> 23 All conduits shall include a pull tape with the equipment grounding conductor.
