The adaptive management shall use the means and methods identified in this <br /> I 38 section and means and methods identified in the Washington State Department of <br /> 39 Transportation's Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Manual or the Washington <br /> 40 State Department of Ecology's Stormwater Management Manuals for construction <br /> I 41 stormwater. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The Contractor shall install a high visibility fence along the lines shown in the Plans or as <br /> 44 instructed by the Engineer. <br /> I 45 <br /> 46 Throughout the life of the project, the Contractor shall preserve and protect the delineated <br /> 47 preservation area, acting immediately to repair or restore any high visibility fencing <br /> I 48 damaged or removed. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 All discharges to surface waters shall comply with surface water quality standards as <br /> III51 defined in Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 173-201A.
