Compost socks shall be installed <br /> 7 as soon as construction will allow but before flow conditions create erosive flows or <br /> I 8 discharges from the site. Compost socks shall be installed prior to any mulching or <br /> 9 compost placement. <br /> 10 <br /> I 11 8-01.3(13) Temporary Curb <br /> 12 The last two sentences of the second paragraph are revised to read: <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Temporary curbs shall be a minimum of 4 inches in height. Debris or <br /> 49 contaminated sediment shall be disposed of in accordance with Section 2-03.3(7)C.
