City of Everett 00 73 00 - 1 <br /> South Precinct Roof Replacement <br /> SECTION 00 73 00 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> I <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> 111 A. The following "Special Conditions" shall supplement the General Conditions and shall <br /> become a part of this contract; <br /> B. The Special Conditions listed are intended as guidelines for bidding purposes. Base bid <br /> shall include all associated costs due to the work restrictions or conditions listed below. <br /> 2.1 BUILDER'S RISK <br /> A. Revise General Conditions 15.3.14.2 Builder's Risk to read as follows: The Contractor <br /> shall provide property insurance under an "All Risk Builder's form in an amount equal to <br /> the value of the roof replacement. (Base Bid) <br /> 3.1 CONTRACTOR PARKING <br /> A. Four (4) parking stalls will be provided to the contractor for the duration of the work. <br /> 4.1 DUMPSTER & CHUTE <br /> A. The dumpster and chute shall be located at the northeast corner of the building. <br /> I <br /> 5.1 CRANE OPERATIONS <br /> A. Crane operations must be scheduled on days where there is no Police Training Sessions <br /> scheduled or on weekends. <br /> B. Contractor must give the owner two weeks notice prior to any crane operations. <br /> C. If crane operations occur between Monday thru Friday they must be limited to one day <br /> or a partial day. <br /> 6.1 BUILDING ACCESS <br /> A. Due to building security the contractor shall not access the interior of the building unless <br /> escorted by the Owner's Representative. <br /> B. The contractor shall access the roof by ladder. The ladder must be removed at the end <br /> of each day to prevent unauthorized access to the roof. <br /> I <br /> 00 73 00 - 1 SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />
