Contract Documents. The following documents ("Contract Documents") are <br /> incorporated by reference and are hereby made a part of this Contract: <br /> IA. Notice to Bidders <br /> I B. Instructions to Bidders <br /> C. General Conditions <br /> I D. Supplementary Conditions (if any) <br /> E. Drawings, Standard P ,is, and Specifications <br /> I F. Addenda (if any) <br /> G. Payment and Performance Bond <br /> I H. Contractor's Bid Form <br /> I. Other documents described as Contract Documents in Section 00 72 00, <br /> General Conditions <br /> IJ. All provisions required by law whether set forth and reproduced herein or not <br /> Terms that are capitalized in a Contract Document but not defined in that Contract Document <br /> Ishall have the meaning defined to them in the other Contract Documents. <br /> 2. Contract Time. Substantial Completion of the Work shall be achieved within <br /> I Sixty (60) calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Physical <br /> Completion shall be within Thirty (30) calendar days after the actual date of issuance of <br /> substantial completion. <br /> 1 3. Liquidated Damages.
