City of Everett 00 11 13 - 1 <br /> South Precinct Roof Replacement <br /> SECTION 00 11 13 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> I <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the "South Precinct Roof Replacement" will be <br /> received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, <br /> 111 Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. At the appointed time, all bids <br /> will be opened and publicly read aloud in an assigned conference room on the 8th floor of the <br /> Wall Street Building. The engineer's estimate for this Project is $570,000. <br /> Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and <br /> equipment necessary for selective demolition, installation of rigid insulation and a single ply roof <br /> membrane to approximately 26,500 square feet at the South Precinct located at 1121 SE <br /> Everett Mall Way. <br /> A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. June 25, 2019 and 10:00 a.m. June 27, 2019 <br /> on site at 1121 S.E. Everett Mall Way, Everett, WA 98208. Any interested bidders may attend. <br /> Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid <br /> documents. <br /> Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders <br /> List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and <br /> clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of Everett". This online plan room <br /> provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, <br /> order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take- <br /> off tool. It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail <br /> 111 notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders <br /> List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to <br /> periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof.
