City of Everett 00 11 13 - 1 South Precinct Roof Replacement SECTION 00 11 13 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS I PART 1 - GENERAL Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the "South Precinct Roof Replacement" will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, 111 Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in an assigned conference room on the 8th floor of the Wall Street Building. The engineer's estimate for this Project is $570,000. Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for selective demolition, installation of rigid insulation and a single ply roof membrane to approximately 26,500 square feet at the South Precinct located at 1121 SE Everett Mall Way. A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. June 25, 2019 and 10:00 a.m. June 27, 2019 on site at 1121 S.E. Everett Mall Way, Everett, WA 98208. Any interested bidders may attend. Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents.
