t, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Water Main Replacement U"Fund 336,Program 003,to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned water main replacement program; <br /> and <br /> - WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br /> water main replacements; and <br /> NOW,BEFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 336,Program 003,entitled'Water <br /> Main Replacement U"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 336, <br /> Program 003,for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director"or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$2,550,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 336,Program 003, 'Water Main <br /> Replacement U"as follows: - - <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $2,550,000 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $2.550.000 <br /> E.
