Submission of Washington State STOP Formula Grant Program Renewal Application for FFY 2019 Application to be received in OCVA no later than Monday; October 14, 2019 Applications will be reviewed as received and grants will be developed after approval of all required components of the application. No application will be accepted after October 14,2019 without prior written approval from Pearl Glpson-Collier,Section Manager,Violence Against Women Program, OCVA.Applications accepted after October 14,could have a grant start date later than January 1,2020.This would result in a grant period less than 12 months. Completed renewal applications received in OCVA by the deadline of October 14,2019,will be issued a grant with a start date of January 1,2020 and an end date of December 31,2020, pending availability of appropriated funds. We anticipate mailing grant documents the week of October 28, 2019.Signed grants will be due back to OCVA by December 2, 2019. Grants will be fully executed by December 31, 2019. Delays in completing the execution of a final grant ninety days or more from the date of the mailing of the grant documents may lead to rescinding the award. Materials submitted may be released pursuant to a request under the Washington State Public Records Act. 2 59
