Decide which agency will respond on behalf of all <br /> STOP Grant applicants in your county.The designated agency must submit with their application this completed <br /> CCR form.A copy of the submitted form should be provided to the other STOP Grant applicants in your county <br /> for their files. <br /> A condition of receiving these STOP Formula Grant funds is mandatory attendance at the CCR meetings and <br /> meaningful participation as a member of the county CCR team,which must meet at least quarterly during the <br /> grant period. <br /> While it is a federal requirement that recipients report on their progress in reducing,or reducing the risk of, <br /> domestic violence related homicides, CCR teams should also consider and address services'for youth or adult <br /> victims of domestic violence,sexual assault,dating violence,or stalking. During the grant period,CCR teams will <br /> be required to report on their activities.
