(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,298,240.48 for the period ending September 28, 2019. ACTION ITEMS: (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County to develop the Lowell Riverfront Trail Dog Off-Leash area.
