Ecology recently issued a new Phase II <br /> Public Works Municipal Stormwater Permit,which became effective August 1, 2019.The new Permit <br /> has new compliance and reporting requirements that are phased in over the next 5 <br /> years. <br /> Contact person: <br /> Dana Zlateff Ecology provides biennial grant funding in the form of Water Quality Stormwater <br /> Phone number: Capacity grants to Phase I and Phase II Permittees to assist with implementation and <br /> 425-257-8927 management of the Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit.
