b <br /> • <br /> Dollars ($500.00) and not less than five (5) days or more <br /> than one ( 1 ) year in jail , and shall , in addition thereto, <br /> suspend the operator 's license of such person for not less <br /> than thirty (30) days . Upon second conviction for a viola- <br /> tion of the provisions of this section or upon conviction <br /> for the violation of the provisions of this section when <br /> such defendant or operator shall have been previously <br /> convicted under the laws of the State of Washington, violat- <br /> ing R.C.W. 46.56.010, or shall have been previously convicted <br /> of violating any similar provision of any municipality or <br /> county making it a crime to operate a motor vehicle while <br /> under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug <br /> within a period of five (5) years, the court shall impose a <br /> fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more <br /> than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and not less than thirty <br /> (30) days or more than sixty (60) days in the City Jail , and <br /> neither the fine nor the jail sentence so imposed shall be <br /> suspended, and shall , in addition thereto, suspend the opera- <br /> tor ' s license of such person for not less than sixty (60) <br /> days after the termination of such jail sentence. Upon any <br /> subsequent conviction for a violation of the provisions of <br /> this section or upon a conviction for the violation of the <br /> provisions of this section when such defendant or operator <br /> shall have been convicted of previously violating R.C.W. <br /> 46.56.010 of the laws of the State of Washington or any <br /> other similar law of the Washington municipality or county, <br /> making it a crime to operate a motor vehicle while under <br /> the influence of liquor or a narcotic drug within a period <br /> of five (5) years , the court shall impose a fine of not <br /> less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more than Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($500.00) , and not less than thirty (30) <br /> -3- <br />
