Baber, husband and wife, purchasers; <br /> First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Mount Vernon, <br /> Mortgagee. <br /> Description: <br /> For the purpose of this description, the bearings referred to are <br /> Washington Coordinate System, North Zone. <br /> All that portion of Grantors' land lying within a strip of land 70 feet <br /> wide, being 35 feet on each side of the following described centerline: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 5, T 28 N, R 6, E, <br /> W.
