EIGHTH STREET - from Waverly Avenue to U.S . Highway <br /> 99 North where sidewalks do not now exist, <br /> LEGION DRIVE - from U.S . Highway 99 North to its <br /> intersection with Fifth Street where no side- <br /> walks now exist, <br /> by the construction of P . C. concrete sidewalks, by the construc- <br /> tion or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side <br /> sewers, water mains, and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, <br /> by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such <br /> other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a <br /> complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 4083 <br /> of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is <br /> hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2 : That each of the lots, :, tracts and parcels <br /> of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by Said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the <br /> same. <br /> Section 3: That th.eQ day of / " <br /> l96 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of th.e bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of such improvement . <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, <br /> may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of <br /> first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been <br /> placed in his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> Ordinances of said City. <br /> MAYO R <br /> Attest: <br /> DspUT CITY CLERK <br /> Passed: > c1 / CEJ <br /> Published: 9 <br /> -2- <br />
