EIGHTH STREET - from Waverly Avenue to U.S . Highway 99 North where sidewalks do not now exist, LEGION DRIVE - from U.S . Highway 99 North to its intersection with Fifth Street where no side- walks now exist, by the construction of P . C. concrete sidewalks, by the construc- tion or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains, and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 4083 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, :, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by Said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That th.eQ day of / " l96 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of th.e bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement . Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection. Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the Ordinances of said City.
