" <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Everett, has determined the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use should <br /> be amended; that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned <br /> and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan <br /> of Land Use for the City of Everett . <br /> \:.,3 THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forthare for <br /> f; the best interests of the City of Everett and do hereby amend the <br /> Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the City of Everett to provide <br /> Mt' for the changes as hereinafter set forth. • <br /> Section 2 : That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City <br /> Code 15.04.040 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> The following described property, <br /> Lots 22 thru 36, Block 678, Plat of Everett <br /> Div. "C", and Lots 25 thru 28, Block 721, <br /> Plat of Everett Division "H", <br /> be rezoned from R-4, Multiple Family High Density Zone to C-i, <br /> General Commercial Zone. <br /> Section 3: That the Official Comprehensive Plan of <br /> Land Use and the zone map shall, upon the passage of this <br /> ro m Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, <br /> 0, and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the <br /> 0 o zone in which the same is now established, all as provided by <br /> W.
