With the <br />addition of the tollowing items, the plans are approved. <br />The cefling tile over the backbar and backroom must be non-absorbent, non- <br />pertorated, smooth, and easily cleanable. <br />2. The Health District ope�ating permit application process must be completed prior <br />to oponing for business. An application and fee schedule are enclosed. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Health District must be notitied. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. Ploase contact <br />this oifice about one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
