Our
experience with most retailers like Wal-Mart is that such deliveries occur after peak hour traffic (and usually late at
night). Unless you expect such deliveries to be common during average to high traffic conditions I am not concerned
with the design as shown.
The only location where the truck is in an opposing traffic lane is far within the development property. Again, if this
movement is during late evening hours there is no contern on our part. If the owner wants to, he can propose
modifications to the internal circulation and parking lot islands to address the issue.
Sincerely,
Timothy Miller, PE
Ciry 7raffic Engineer
puBuc warrrs
Public Works - Engineering
Ciry of Everett
3200 Cedar Street
Everett, WA 98201
425-257-8977
Everett Traffic EnRineerin Website
DI ;CIAIMEH:
7his m_;sage is intended for the sole use of the addresser., and may contain information that is privileged, mnfidential and exernpt from disdosure
under applicable law.
