There will be a separate enclosure on site specifically for the organics container. • The organics container must have a lid and the lid is to be closed and locked unless they are being emptied or store employees are disposing of waste materials. • The container will be emptied on a weekly basis by a local company. • The organic waste enclosure and adjacent area must be kept clean and free of waste material.Any spills or waste outside the container must be removed and the area shall be cleaned.Any water used to clean the area must be recaptured and properly disposed of. Disposal of waste material shall not be to the site stormwater system. • If the local company causes any spills while they are emptying the container they are responsible for cleaning the area prior to leaving the site.Again any water used to clean the area must be recaptured and properly disposed of. Disposal of waste material shall not be to the site stormwater system. • If leaking from the container is observed the store shall notify the Quest Recycling and the leaking container will be emptied and replaced within 24 hours.
