Attachment A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> The Service Provider will provide support to the City of Everett's <br /> Communications and Marketing Department. <br /> The Service Provider will provide strategic guidance on certain communication <br /> activities, as well as assist in the development of effective messaging, and support <br /> the communications team in the development of other materials as needed. <br /> The Service Provider will assist in identifying and recommending strategies to help <br /> City teams engage more effectively with its constituents, with an emphasis on <br /> strengthening the City's connections to diverse populations throughout the <br /> community. <br />
