ORDINANCE NO. 1/1./ 4") 3 .- <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> ` Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett <br /> (JICL also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040 entitled: <br /> . 1 "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> Ni t location and use of building and land within <br /> 14 <br /> -4 the City of Everett; limiting the height of <br /> C/ 1 buildings; prescribing building lines and <br /> n size of yard and other open spaces; providing <br /> r11^.1 creating <br /> the division of the City into use zones ; <br /> creating a Board of Adjustments; and pro- <br /> r., viding for penaltles for violation of the <br /> Ordinance. " <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Everett, has determined the Comprehensive Plan of Land Useshould <br /> be amended; that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned <br /> and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan <br /> of Land Use for the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for <br /> the best interests of the City of Everett, and do hereby amend <br /> the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the City of Everett to <br /> provide for the changes as hereinafter set forth. <br /> Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City <br /> Code 15.04.040 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> The following described property, <br /> Lots 1 through 10, Block 602, Plat of Swalwells <br /> Second Addition to Everett and the West 1/2 of <br /> the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the <br /> Southeast 1/4 LESS the North 110 feet thereof <br /> and LESS roads, all in Section 20-29-5, <br /> be rezoned from R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone <br /> and R-2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to B-2 Community <br /> Shopping Zone. <br /> Section 3: That the official Comprehensive Plan of Land <br /> Use and the zone map shall, upon the passage of this Ordinance, <br /> be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and hence- <br /> forth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in <br /> which the same is now established, all as provided by Ordinance <br /> No. 3572 of the City of Everett, also known as Everett, City Code <br /> 15.04.040 as amended. <br /> Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file <br /> ,DEEDS V0l.+ .JV 4 eft, <br /> *93 49 y <br />
