ORDINANCE NO. 4:74/()-6 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 678, for the improvement of: Portions of Shore, Gardner and 33rd Avenue West by construction of cast iron water mains and fire hydrants, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 4032 of the City of Everett levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels of land or other property as shown on said rolls, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 678 for the improvement of: Portions of Shore, Gardner and 33rd Avenue West by construction of cast iron water mains and fire hydrants, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 4032 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3: That the day of 1965, is hereby fixed as the date ofzhe issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurerthat such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
