ORDINANCE NO. .47/ 0 !f /' <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett <br /> also known as Everett City Code 15 .04.040 entitled: <br /> "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> location and use of building and land within <br /> The City of Everett; limiting the height of <br /> buildings; prescribing building lines and <br /> size of yard and other open spaces; providing <br /> for the division of the City into use zones; <br /> creating a Board of Adjustments; and pro- <br /> viding for penalties for violation of. the <br /> Ordinance. " <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Everett, has determined the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use should <br /> be amended; that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned <br /> and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan <br /> of Land Use for the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for <br /> the best interests of the City of Everett, and do hereby amend <br /> the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the City of Everett to <br /> provide for the changes as hereinafter set forth. <br /> Section 2 : That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City <br /> Code 15.04.040 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> The following described property, <br /> Lots 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29, Tosland Half Acre <br /> Garden Tracts, and the West 237.75 feet of the <br /> following described property: <br /> Commence at the SW corner of Sec . 7, Township 28 <br /> North, Range 5 E.W.M. ; th N 1021 '48" E along the <br /> W line of said Sec . 7 for 875 .05 ft. ; th S 88°14' <br /> 40" E for 20.0 ft . to the true point of beginning; <br /> th continuing s 88°14140" E for 533.19 ft. to an <br /> intersection with the Wly margin of State Road No. <br /> 1; th N 33°35 `15" E along said Wly margin of State <br /> Road No. 1 for 709.73 ft. ; th N 88014140" W for <br /> 911.63 ft . ; th S 1°21148" W for 603.0 ft . to the <br /> true point of beginning (North of Casino Road on <br /> the East side of Beverly Lane) , <br /> be rezoned from R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence Zone, to <br /> C-1, General Commercial Zone . <br /> Section 3: That the official Comprehensive Plan of Land <br /> Use and the zone map shall, upon the passage of this Ordinance, <br /> be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and hence- <br /> forth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in <br /> -1- <br />
