Ala 17 , 6 s r � AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: WINTON AVENUE - from Fifth Street to Seventh Street, WAYNE AVENUE - from Fifth Street to Eighth Street, WAVERLY AVENUE - from Fifth Street to south line of Legion Park Addition to Everett, Division No. 2, FIFTH STREET - from west line of Legion Park Addi- tion to Everett, Division No. 2 to Legion Drive, except that no sidewalk will be constructed on the south side of Fifth Street adjacent to Lot 31, SIXTH STREET - from Waverly Avenue to Winton Avenue, SEVENTH STREET - from Waverly Avenue to Legion Drive, EIGHTH STREET - from Waverly Avenue to U.S . Highway 99 North where sidewalks do not now exist, LEGION DRIVE - from U.S. Highway 99 North to its intersection with Fifth Street where F no sidewalks now exist . 11 4i by the construction of P.C. concrete sidewalks, by the construc- 1 tion or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side j sewers, water mains, and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such ;: other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be pre- pared by the City Engineer, and in accordance with Resolution No. 6788 of the City of Everett, creating a Local Improvement IDistrict; creating a Local Improvement District fund therefor; ! and providing for the payment of said improvement by special assessments on the property in said district under the mode of payment bonds .
