RT:BT 3-23-65 (11) ORDINANCE NO. G7L0f3 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett, Washington, amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4057 of the city passed and approved November 13 , 1964 , and entitled. "AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett, Washington, adopting a plan for the acquisition, construction, and installation of certain additions and improvements to the water supply and distribution system of the City; declaring the estimated cost thereof; and providing for the issuance and sale of $10,000 ,000 principal amount of water revenue bonds of the City to provide funds to pay such cost. " ; and adding a new section creating a 1965 Water System Construction Fund, providing for the issuance of warrants thereon and for the payment of certain moneys therein, and declaring an emergency. The City of Everett does ordain: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4057 of the City of Everett, Washington, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. The following plan for the acquisition, con- struction and installation of additions and improvements to the water supply and distribution system of the City is hereby specified and adopted, to wit: The City shall acquire, construct and install the following: A water transmission line to be known as Pipe Line No. 5, being 51 inches in diameter, constructed of steel with coal tar enamel protective coatings , complete with valves, fittings and appurtenances beginning at the southerly tip of LAKE CHAPLAIN located in the NE 1/4 of Sec. 6 , Twp. 28 N. , R. 8 E.W.M. ; thence along the adjacent to the City' s existing pipeline No. 1 through the SE 1/4 of said Sec. 6 , Twp. 28 N. , R. 8 E.W.M. ; the westerly 1/2 of Sec. ' s 8 and 17 Twp. 28 N. , R. 8 E.W.N. ; the SE 1/4 of Sec. 18, Twp. 28 N. , R. 8 E.W.M. ; the northerly 1/2 of Sec. 19, Twp. 28 N. , R. 8 E.W.M. ; the northerly 1/2 's of Sec. ' s 19 through 24, Twp. 28 N. , R. 7 E.W.M. ; the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. 24, Twp. 28 N. , R. 6 E.W.M. ; the S.E. ,S.W. , and N.W. 1/4 ' s of Sec. 13, Twp. 28 N. , R. 6 E.W.M. ; the N.E. 1/4 1.
