4d <br /> A '` ORDINANCE NO. -f; 7 J <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- <br /> ing described portion of street in the City of Everett, County <br /> of Snohomish, State of Washington, to-wit: <br /> That portion of Wetmore Avenue from 41st Street <br /> northerly to the north line of Lot 25 east of <br /> Block 10, Climax Land Co. 's 1st Add. to Everett. <br /> Begin at the NE Cor. of Lot 25, Block 10 Climax <br /> Land Co. 's let add. to Everett; thence easterly <br /> to the east line of Wetmore Ave. and the north- <br /> west corner of Lot 8, Block 9, Climax Land Co. 's <br /> 1st Add. to Everett; thence Sly along the east <br /> line of Wetmore Ave. for 225 feet to the north <br /> line of 41st Street, as now established; thence <br /> westerly at right angles to the east line of <br /> Wetmore for 70 feet to the west line of Wetmore <br /> Ave. at a point 25 feet south of the NE cor. <br /> of Lot 17, Block 10, south Park Addition to <br /> Everett; thence northerly along the west line <br /> of Wetmore Ave. for 225 feet M/L to the P.O.B. <br /> less 41st Street Right of Way, situated in <br /> Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Commissioners of the City of Everett <br /> pursuant to Resolution No. 6773, declared its intention to vacate <br /> the portion of a street above described, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did, <br /> by said Resolution, fix the 5th day of March, 1965, at 10:00 A.M. <br /> of said day for hearing and determination of said resolution, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of <br /> said hearing and the determination of said Resolution has been <br /> given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place !fixed for hearing, <br /> objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of <br /> street were heard and discussed, and <br /> WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said <br /> vacation should be made and said City Council does hereby deter- <br /> mine to vacate the above described portion of said street. <br /> d� <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the portion of street in the City of <br /> Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as <br /> follows, to-wit: <br /> That portion of Wetmore Avenue from 41st Street <br /> northerly to the north line of Lot 25 east of <br /> Block 10, Climax Land Co.
