Please review and respond to the comments below. IBC Items 1. On Sheet T1.0, the occupancy count appears to conflict with the occupancy count indicated in Detail 2/A2.0. On 2/A2.0, with a computed occupancy of 43, appears to indicate the need more than one water closet and lavatory. Please clarify. 2. On Detail 1/A2.0, the note on toilet counts in spaces with less than 50 occupants appears to conflict with the Exceptions in IBC 2902.2. Please clarify. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved.
