Ted de Budden O V3 12-5.t7 <br /> To: Donald Cunningham <br /> Subject: 2106 Chestnut St. <br /> Don, <br /> Here is a summary of my observations made during the inspection conducted with you yesterday morning at 2106 <br /> Chestnut St. Everett. <br /> 1. Electrical concerns and violations were observed on the premises including but not limited to, open splices, exposed <br /> NM wiring, rodent damaged wiring, arc damaged electrical outlet, exterior lighting not functional, electric baseboard <br /> heater not functional. IPMC sections 605.1 through 605.4 <br /> 2.The roof of the house has been damaged some time ago by a fallen tree. A leaking tarp is currently being used in a <br /> failed attempt to secure the structure from the elements. IPMC section 304.7 <br /> 3.The primary heating system is not functional.The tenant is using portable electric space heaters to provide heat. IPMC <br /> sections 602.3 and 603.1 <br /> 4. Some windows are damaged and not operable.
