Wl g03-0ga <br /> 0 <br /> March 5, 2019 <br /> 4J9n <br /> P6 oo f <br /> X0,9 <br /> City of Everett Public Works <br /> 3200 Cedar Street <br /> Everett,WA 98201 <br /> RE: 5102 Delaware Avenue, Everett,Washington (Lack of) Permit <br /> To Whom It May Concern; <br /> It has come to my attention and is very evident that there is a major remodel going on at 5102 Delaware <br /> Avenue, Everett, Washington.There are walls and ceilings torn out,,electrical and plumbing being done, <br /> complete bathroom remodel upstairs which includes jackhammering out concrete in the basement <br /> bathroom to make room for the plumbing for the upstairs,as well as a complete kitchen remodel. <br /> I have checked on the city's website and do not see that a permit has been issued for this. <br /> As someone who has done remodeling, and gone about it using the proper permitting process,this is <br /> very offensive to me. I would recommend that you inspect the property to insure the owners are in <br /> compliance. <br /> Thank you, <br /> A Concerned Citizen <br />
