HSS <br /> stanchion welded to perimeter slab angle or bolted to concrete deck. <br /> Guard rail infill panel: .01620 (3/16") thick custom perforated aluminum panel type <br /> 5052 aluminum alloy panel[Revised per Addendum 4],Attached to stanchions with stainless <br /> steel anchor screws. Finish: brushed with orbital finish [Added per Addendum 4]on both <br /> sides. Pattern: Architect to provide digital file for perforation patterns to Contractor. <br /> Top Rail: CS 7x3.5" aluminum channel. Finish: Brushed. <br /> 6-06.6(3) Construction Requirements <br /> 6-06.6(3)A General <br /> Before proceeding with any work, the Contractor shall inspect the bridge, carefully <br /> check all grades, and verify all dimensions and conditions affecting the work. The <br /> Contractor shall immediately notify the Engineer of any discrepancy on line and level. <br /> The Contractor shall install the architectural railing systems per manufacturer's <br /> specifications and recommendations. The Contractor is responsible for site cleanup <br /> after installation. The Contractor shall install the architectural railing systems level and <br /> plumb at the locations indicated on the drawings. Protect the architectural railing <br /> system from paint spatter or other construction damage. Repair any damage to <br /> finishes per manufacturer's instruction and recommendation. <br />
