ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br />"Evergreen Way and Pecks Drive - Intersection Safety," Fund 303, <br />Program 099, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br />program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br />safety improvements at the intersection of Evergreen, Way and Pecks Drive; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 099, entitled <br />"Evergreen Way and Pecks Drive - Intersection Safety," to accumulate all costs for the <br />improvement. <br />Section 2: <br />Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br />Program 099, for the improvement project. <br />Section 3: <br />Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or "City Engineer," under <br />direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br />doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br />Section 4: <br />The sum of $411,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 099, "Evergreen Way and <br />Pecks Drive - Intersection Safety," as follows: <br />A. Estimated Project Costs <br />Design and Construction. $ 411,000.00 <br />Total Estimated Cost $ 411,000.00 <br />20 <br />
