10 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br />"Snohomish Riverfront Trail," Fund 308, Program 031, as <br />established by Ordinance No. 3237-11. <br />WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Snohomish Riverfront Trail," Fund 308, <br />Program 031, was established to provide identified non -motorized improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br />WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br />revenues to be received; <br />NOW,. THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />That the special improvement project entitled "Snohomish Riverfront Trail," Fund 308, Program <br />031, as established by Ordinance No. 3237-11, be closed. . <br />Section 2: <br />That the final expenses and revenues for the "Snohomish Riverfront Trail," Fund 308, Program <br />031, are as follows: <br />A.
