ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br />"West Marine View Drive Roadway Pedestrian/Bicycle Corridor <br />Improvements," Fund 308, Program 082, as established by <br />Ordinance No. 3157-09. <br />WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "West Marine View Drive Roadway <br />Pedestrian/Bicycle Corridor Improvements," Fund 308, Program 082, was established to provide <br />identified non -motorized improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br />WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br />revenues to be received; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />That the special improvement project entitled "West Marine View Drive Roadway <br />Pedestrian/Bicycle Corridor Improvements," Fund,308, Program 082, as established by <br />Ordinance No. 3157-09, be closed. <br />Section 2: <br />That the final expenses and revenues for the "West Marine View Drive Roadway <br />Pedestrian/Bicycle Corridor Improvements," Fund 308, Program 082, are as follows: <br />A.
