Plastic laminate has been added to the restrooms as indicalad per plans <br /> to a height of 4'-0" per IBC 1210.2 <br /> City of Everett Comrnent: <br /> 2. The plans suUmilled for permit in 1999 indicate that the linished portion o�the second <br /> floor stops at 7'-6 %" west ef column line C. The revised plan should indicate the <br /> dimension o/the ne:v (inished area In the areas noted on the attached drawings. The <br /> drawings should indicafe that the sfructure in this area rs designed lor live loads, which it <br /> �vas not in the previous permit drawings dated 1999. <br /> BNH Response: <br /> This area of the buiiding was modified as a field change during construcli.n. The second <br /> floor area does in fact extend entireiy over the first floor restrooms. The original <br /> documents indicate that the floor construction is 22" TJS at 24" o.c.. This was �n fact how <br /> this area was constructed. The walls in this area are 2x6 wood with 518" gypsum L•oard on <br /> each side that extend full height to the underside of the roof decking. <br /> Ciry of Everett Comment: <br /> 3. The new doors should be idenfi(ied and include or �e(erence a door schedule and <br /> hardware set. <br /> BNH Response: <br /> The plans have oeen amended to give a complete description of the doors and hardware. <br /> The doors should malch the existing style and the frame should be matched as well. The <br /> doors should have privacy locksets.
