The grant allows the <br /> Everett Police Department to request overtime reimbursement for specific Target Zero <br /> Initialed by: Projects. The projects include High Visibility Enforcements (HVE), Pedestrian Safety <br /> Project and DUI training. The HVE project includes; Impaired Driving Enforcement, <br /> Department head Distracted Driving Enforcement,Seat Belt Use Enforcement and Motorcycle Safety <br /> Patrols.
