These include the horticultural <br /> building;Legion Hall and the garage at American Legion Park;Floral Hall at Forest Park;the <br /> Van Valey House and garage at 2130 Colby Avenue;and the golf operations center at Walter E. ::> <br /> `.': Hall Park/Golf Course. The grant is administered through the Washington State Department of <br /> : :_ Commerce. Council authorized the Mayor to sign the agreement with the Washington State <br /> Public Works Board at the September 12,2012,Council meeting. <br /> '.- The total amount of the grant is$394,000,with no local match required.
