These comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2017 National Electrical Code,) (2017 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. I have reviewed your plans and believe that you are not required to have plan review. Per our conversation on the phone this is based on WAC 296-46B-900(3)(a)(iii). Be sure to have a set of plans compliant with all of WAC 296-46B-900 including (3)(vii) so there is no delay of your project at the time of inspection as the current plans lack some of the required information.
