Keep in <br />mind, ifthe landscaping is not installed by Ihe time they are looking <br />for c.o., we can do a temporary c.o. but it will requirc the performance <br />bond a[ that time. <br />If they submit a landscape plan now and all looks good for permit <br />issuance, once Ihe TI work and landscaping is done then the City can <br />issue a c.o. upon submission of a maintenance assurance device. The <br />maintenance assurance device is 10%of the cost of landscaping materials <br />and is held by Ihe City Clcrk's for two years, a cos[ breakdown should <br />be submitted by the sub-contrac[or.
